Hachikyu - 8th Kyu - Yellow Belt

The Hachikyu (Yellow Belt) requirements consists of 10 Self Defense Techniques, of which 3 have multiple variations. The basics taught in Hachikyu (Yellow Belt) are the foundation to the system, and will be used in every belt level. In Yellow Belt there are: 10 kicks and 2 kick combinations, 7 blocks, 8 strikes, of which 2 have multiple variations,  6 stances & 2 rolls.

The time requirement to complete this level, varies from person to person since each person advances at their own rate and is tested individually.
