The Techniques & Kata requirements at Georgia Kenpo Karate are the same as listed on the Tracy's Kenpo Karate Home Page up thru (Nidan) 2nd Degree Black Belt. Above Nidan some of the Kata requirements may vary slightly from the Tracy's Kenpo System.

We believe in teaching the complete system of Kenpo and will not delete any techniques or variations as some Kenpo Organizations have done. We believe that if you don't learn it and practice it you can't use it.

We believe that a student should always be searching for more information and shouldn't be expected to find it on their own. We feel that a good instructor should always teach as much about the theories of the Self-Defense techniques as they can so the student will know not only the moves of the techniques but also how the techniques are designed to work and why they work.
